Sales
We require full payment upon delivery, including shipping upon receipt of an order. We require a $100 dollar deposit or up to the amount of service below $100 dollars. No work will proceed until a final draft is signed off by customer in writing or by email. All sales are final. No refund is possible once a job is started. Because many jobs are begun the day received, it may not be possible to cancel a job, even on the day it was ordered. If work has not begun on a job and it is cancelled, a $20 dollar administrative fee will be charged. Furthermore, we are not responsible for mistakes once a final draft has been signed off by customer.
Turn Around Time
On Tour Marketing Group makes every effort to produce a finished product in a timely manor. We are not responsible for canceled orders should the customer feel that they are waiting too long. Once production is started, work is considered final and payment will be expected.

We have made every effort throughout this site to state where our payment agreement is located and is of no obligation to On Tour Marketing Group should purchaser not understand terms of mutual agreement.
