Information:


Photography: We use state of the art digital SLR cameras, wide angle lenses, high end lighting equipment, panoramic tripods and Adobe design software to enhance images to ensure tonal accuracy.

Marketing Copy and Brochure Design: There is a field on the ordering page to add your marketing description of your listing. Some of our clients like for us to do this for them to take the burden off of them. We charge a small additional fee to do this. However we list the property details for free. We get the information usually from MLS sources. If the property is not yet listed you will need to fill in the property details on the order form.

Image Delivery: We deliver all of your images electronically by emailing a link to download the images in two sizes. 1. high resolution for use with your marketing materials. 2. Optimized to viewing on the internet for use on your website or to upload to MLS or other areas where need be. For an additional fee we can deliver the image by CD. Also for an additional fee we can upload 12 of the best images to MLS. Again we do this as a courtesy to our clients so they don't have to. Most agents upload their own images.

Uploading to Realtor.com: We are an affiliate of Realtor.com and can upload our tours to the number 1 site in the nation where buyers look for homes on the internet. Realtor.com charges us to do this, therefor we must charge. We do not make any money to upload our tours. However, if you are a preferred member of Realtor.com, it is a free upload. We charge you nothing.

Printing of Brochures: Our brochures come in Adobe PDF format. They are easy to print either professionally or from your personal printer. We have a print shop that prints our flyers for us. Most of our agents print them themselves or have their marketing department do it for them. We charge what we must for printing and delivery fees.
